I’m Zdravko Ivančić, a mechanical engineer with a passion for solving complex engineering challenges and helping others grow in this field.

With over 25 years of experience, I’ve worked across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia on projects involving piping stress analysis, pressure vessel design, finite element analysis, and mechanical integrity.

My work spans industries such as oil & gas, power generation, process plants, and infrastructure.

I began my career in engineering roles at companies like ALSTOM and KONČAR, where I gained deep technical experience in both static and dynamic mechanical calculations.

In 2008, I founded NUMIKON d.o.o., followed by NUMIKON PRO Ltd. and NUMIKON Consulting, to bring together a team of experts and deliver high-quality engineering, consulting, and training services.

Over the years, I’ve also become a dedicated educator and mentor. I regularly lead seminars and workshops on CAESAR II, PVElite, and other engineering tools, and I’ve trained hundreds of engineers across Europe and beyond.

More recently, I’ve started offering mentoring services—helping engineers and technical professionals navigate their careers, build confidence, and develop advanced skills in real-world project environments. I believe in combining technical precision with practical insight, and I’m always looking for ways to simplify complexity—whether in a design, a calculation, or a conversation.
